Namaste In My Chair

Welcome to day 6 of our #ElevatedSocialDistancing challenge. Today, Charley leads us through a gentle chair yoga sequence, because Namaste In My Chair, #amIright?! With all of the extra time we're spending seated these days, it's even more important to continue to move our bodies. Chair yoga is a gentle practice that anyONE and anyBODY can do, anyWHERE you are!

In addition to receiving cramps in the body, stiffness and tightness from being seated, it helps us increase ciruclation, create a healthy mental state and continues to work on our flexibility and even some strength.

Be sure to follow each of our hosts and sponsors and then participate daily by posting your variation of the daily 'thang, tagging all hosts and sponsors and using our #ElevatedSocialDistancing tag so we can find you.
