I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE FOUND ELEVATE YOGA & WELLNESS TO HOST MY MONTHLY EVENTS AT! THE SPACE IS ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS, SPACIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL ENERGY. I LOVE THE LOCATION IN DOWNTOWN PHOENIX AND HOW SIMPLE IT IS TO ENTER THE SPACE TO GET SET UP! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPACE FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO HOST THEIR OWN COMMUNITY EVENTS.

LOCATION: 1001 N 3rd Ave | Phoenix, Arizona 85003

AVAILABILITY: Studio rooms are available anytime we are not hosting classes or events and it's not in use by another renter. 

​RENTAL FEE DETAILS

  • Rental rate is $75 per hour, per room being rented*

  • $100 deposit is due to secure date

  • Balance is due 14-days prior to rental 

  • Dates are not guaranteed until deposit is paid

  • Rental time begins promptly at the time you enter the studio and ends when you leave the studio

  • Setup time and clean up time should be included in rental request

  • No refunds are provided once deposit and / or rental fee is paid

  • Renter must provide proof of liability insurance

  • Renters are responsible for cleaning the studio space(s) / items(s) being used in their entirety, emptying trash bins, vacuuming and mopping floors, if needed, and leaving the space how they found it

  • Full studio credit for future rental will be provided if booking is cancelled at least 30-days in advance

  • Basic yoga props, cubbies, access to bathrooms, and water dispenser access are included in rental

  • Aerial hammocks, silks and ladder are not included in rental

  • Use of additional items may require additional rental fees

*Use of Elevate's booking system (Momence) is available for 30% of ticket sales or $75 per hour (whichever is higher).
