Our studio is located in the heart of Downtown Phoenix and is available to rent for classes, workshops, events or businesses / practitioners that align to Elevate Yoga & Wellness's vision. It is our mission to foster a community centric space, committed to serving students of all levels in a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment, and those committed to cultivating wellbeing.
Elevate Yoga & Wellness is set up to offer you and your clientele a consistent and welcoming environment. We offer our main studio and a private room for rent when we do not have other classes or events taking place. We rent to others as independent contractors that share the intent to share space and work together collaborative and non-competitive atmosphere.

Bluetooth speaker for streaming audio, music, etc.
Central heat and air conditioning
Blackout curtains for privacy and creating a dark space
Yoga mats, blocks, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows
The standard hourly rate to rent the entire studio is $40 and includes access to everything listed above. To rent the private room only, the standard hourly rate is $30. If additional time is required for set up and clean up, the hourly rate applies.
Studio rental is confirmed upon receipt of paid security deposit of $50. Security deposit is required to reserve space and is applied towards total rental cost. Balance is due on or before use of renting space.
Rental fee is only refundable (minus $25 cancelation fee) if cancelled by the renter less than one week prior to rental date. If in the event the rental is canceled by Elevate Yoga & Wellness, no cancelation fee will apply.
Studio is available for rent when there isn't a regular class or event scheduled and the space isn't needed by Elevate Yoga & Wellness.
We are happy to promote your event in the studio, on our events board, website and newsletters. You simply provide a 1-page write up detailing your event, cost, how to book, pictures, etc. and we'll do the rest. Marketing fee is $45 per event.
When you are ready to rent the studio or the private room, first reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if the date(s) you are looking for are available. After we confirm availability, you will be invoiced and asked to complete the rental agreement below.
