What's included with the private lessons?
Each session is 60 minutes. You’ll receive personalized instruction plus guidance on what to practice between sessions to continue progressing.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
We recommend bringing a yoga mat and water. All equipment (hammocks, silks, props) is provided.
What if I don't have my own group but I am interested in the semi-private pricing?
