Summer at Elevate is getting a glow-up. ☀️


Beginning June 1, we’re refreshing our schedule with clearer class names, easier-to-follow progressions, and more intentional ways to move, strengthen, restore, and fly.

Think of this as your summer flight path.


Whether you’re brand new, building consistency, leveling up, or craving a reset, we want it to feel easier to know where to begin — and where to go next.


Clearer Class Paths

We’ve cleaned up our class structure so your next step feels simple.


Path 1 — Aerial Yoga

Foundations → Flow → Intermediate → Advanced

New to aerial yoga? Start with Aerial Yoga Foundations.

Ready to move? Try Aerial Yoga Flow.

Building strength and skill? Progress into Intermediate and Advanced when you’re ready.


Path 2 — Aerial Silks

Foundations → Intermediate → Advanced

All silks students begin with Aerial Silks Foundations, then progress based on strength, technique, and instructor guidance.

Meet the Align Series

Our Aerial Yoga: Align classes are designed to support your aerial practice. They are not replacing any other classes you might already be attending.


Instead, they help you build strength, mobility, stability, control, and recovery so you can feel better in and out of the hammock and in your existing practice.



Where Did Flow to Restore Go?

If you loved Flow to Restore, don’t worry.

It’s getting a clearer name.


Our former Flow to Restore classes are now part of the Aerial Yoga: Align & Unwind experience.


These classes may include restorative yoga, yin, meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, sound, or other calming practices depending on the teacher.


Same deep reset.

Your Favorite Classes Are Staying

Some signature favorites are staying right where they belong.

  • Turntable Tuesday is still bringing the music, movement, and community energy.

  • Self-Care Sunday is still your weekly reset for rest, restoration, and a softer landing.
