On Friday, October 6th we're kicking off the month with a fun Disney Villain theme! Rock your favorite villain's gear and glow and flow with a fun glow in the dark aerial yoga class. The perfect way to kickstart your First Friday before heading up the street to enjoy all that Roosevelt Row has to offer.
Schedule
We know parking can be hectic, so arrive early to ensure you secure parking. Check in will begin at 5pm and class will start promptly at 5:15pm.
How do I sign up for class?
First Fridays are super popular classes so be sure to pre-register. And, if you're a member, class is included in your membership! Click here to sign up.
What should I expect in class?
Classes are friendly and open to all ability levels, both new students and members alike. You can expect a mix of continuous movement with short periods of higher intensity and others with slower relaxing asanas. The entire class will feature black lights, glow in the dark and disco lights. Class ends with a relaxing savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
What do I wear?
Wear your brightest neon gear and bring any glow in the dark accessories you'd like to as we get ready to get our glow (and flow) on! This month we’re celebrating Disney Villain's so we invite you to dress in your villain gear. 🦹🏻♀️
