Come get your glow on and join us for a fun packed First Friday and kick off PRIDE moth with us!
On Friday, June 2nd we're kicking off the month with a fun, under the sea and mermaid theme (get your purple, blue and white gear ready)! Glow and flow with a fun glow in the dark aerial yoga class and join us for a Pride tie dye party. The perfect way to kickstart your First Friday before heading up the street to enjoy all that Roosevelt Row has to offer.
Schedule
We'll host two classes you can choose from, either our early class at 4:30pm or our late class at 6:15pm, and in between the classes you'll be invited to participate in a PRIDE tie dye party! Here's the schedule for the evening:
Early Class - 4:30pm (check in at 4:20pm)
PRIDE Tie Dye Party - 5:00pm to 6:15pm
Late Class - 6:15pm (check in at 6:05pm)
How do I sign up for class?
First things first, decide if you want to attend the early class or the late class. Both classes are open to all levels but we ask you only sign up for one class. First Fridays are super popular classes so by only registering for the one you want to attend will ensure there is space for everyone! And, if you're a member, class is included in your membership!
What should I expect in class?
Classes are all levels friendly and include a mix of continuous movement with short periods of higher intensity and others with slower relaxing asanas. You might even get to dance! The entire class will feature black lights, glow in the dark and disco lights. Class ends with a relaxing savasana, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
What do I wear?
Attendees this month are encouraged to wear their brightest gear and glow in the dark accessories to this high-energy, uptempo glow in the dark aerial yoga class. With our under the sea and mermaid theme, get your 💙 blue, 💜 purple and 🤍 white gear ready!
How do I participate in the PRIDE tie dye party?
This month we’re celebrating PRIDE all month long and kicking things off on First Friday with a tie-dye party! Participating in the tie dye party portion of First Friday is as easy as 1-2-3...
We'll be providing the tie dye materials and all you have to do is bring something to tie dye (t-shirt, tank, socks, etc.).
Those that sign up for the 4:30pm class will be invited to join us for the tie dye party after class. Those that sign up for the 6:15pm class will be invited to arrive as early at 5pm for the tie dye party before class.
