You will be lead into a light meditation to help clear your mind, help you feel relaxed, and settle in at the beginning of each session.
HEALING TOOLS
To enhance the healing and relaxation experience, crystals, essential oils, singing bowls, light meditation music, and a heating pad may be used.
HEALING TOUCH
Using light touch healing, hands are placed in various areas on, or above the body, focusing on each energy center, balancing the flow of energy.
SUPPORT
Time is allotted before and after each session to talk about questions and concerns, or to process anything that comes up along your journey!
