Hosted by Amber, Co-Owner of Elevate, and Tracy, Owner of Better Fit Therapy, this workshop is designed to help you release tight muscles, ease into relaxation, and discover techniques to manage muscle tension and knots on your own. Whether you're new to these practices or a seasoned yogi(ni), this workshop is a valuable opportunity to enhance your well-being.




 

About the Workshop

Breathwork and Intention Setting

We kick off the evening by cultivating mindfulness through breathwork and intention setting. This sets the tone for the rest of the workshop and helps you connect with your inner self.


Gentle Yoga with Foam Roller

Next, we guide you through a gentle, slow, yin yoga-style practice. You'll also learn how to use a foam roller to release muscle tension. The tools and techniques you'll gain will empower you to confidently use a foam roller to alleviate soreness and enhance your overall functional movement. Plus, you'll even receive a foam roller to take home with you, ensuring that you can continue this self-care practice on your own.


Restorative Yoga & Trigger Point Therapy

To conclude the evening, we offer a soothing restorative yoga session combined with hands-on trigger point therapy. You'll be guided through passive, supportive shapes using props and the aerial hammock. Hands-on trigger point therapy will be used to encourage your connective tissue to release tension and rehydrate, all while soothing stiff and sore muscles.
