Aerial Silks Foundations: This class covers all of the basics a student needs to know in order to safely and effectively navigate our aerial silks classes. Skills explored in this class include: single foot lock, double foot lock, and climbing.
Aerial Silks: This class is our all levels style class that students will graduate from foundations and move into. It will explore sequencing and skills using: single and double foot lock shapes, belay, crochet hang, hip key, knee tangle, and catcher’s wrap.
