We’ll loosen you up with mobility work, flow through sun salutations, and flip you into one simple inversion for a healthy dose of decompression. A short savasana closes class, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and ready to tackle your evening.


Need a bigger reset? Fridays at 10:00 AM with Brigid extend the magic into a full 60-minute flow. It’s the perfect way to close your week strong, shake off the chaos, and glide into the weekend with clarity and ease.
