Introducing Self-Care Sunday: Center & Reset—Your Weekly Ritual for Calm and Clarity

Updated: Sep 19

In today’s fast-paced world, finding time for self-care can feel like an impossible task. But what if you had a dedicated time every week to center yourself, unwind, and prepare for the week ahead? We are thrilled to introduce our Self-Care Sunday: Center & Reset class series, launching Sunday, September 15 at 5:30pm.

This 50-minute weekly class is designed to help you calm your mind, center your body, and reset for the week ahead. Each session blends a variety of soothing practices—restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, sound healing, yin yoga, and more. These practices are meant to create a space for deep relaxation, leaving you feeling peaceful and clear-headed as you approach Monday. What’s even better? You’ll have a hammock spot reserved, so your experience will feel like floating on air.

Why Self-Care Matters

Self-care is more than a luxury; it’s essential for our mental, emotional, and physical health. By setting aside this intentional time every Sunday, you’re giving yourself the gift of rest and renewal. Whether you've had a stressful week, an exhausting weekend, or simply crave a moment to breathe, these sessions provide the perfect reset button.

Meet the Teachers & Explore the Modalities

Our Self-Care Sunday series features a rotation of highly skilled instructors, each bringing their unique approach to relaxation and healing. This diverse lineup ensures that you’ll experience different calming modalities throughout the series—so every class feels like a fresh, enriching experience.

Here’s a sneak peek at the upcoming schedule and what you can expect:

Restorative Aerial Yoga & Yoga Nidra with Heather

Ease into your week with a calming blend of restorative yoga, where long-held shapes, supported by props including the aerial hammock, help release deep tension, followed by yoga nidra, a form of guided sleep meditation that promotes profound relaxation.

Floating Guided Breathwork & Visual Meditation with Ashley

Using the power of breath and visualization, Ashley will guide you through techniques that calm the mind, release stress, and bring you into a state of inner peace - all while floating weightlessly above the ground in the aerial hammock.

Aerial Yin Yoga with Kimberlee

Kimberlee’s yin yoga class will focus on deep stretches that are held for longer durations, allowing the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and space to open up within. The aerial hammock will be used to aid in these long held deep stretches.

Dates: Sep 29 | Nov 17

Restorative Aerial Yoga & Guided Meditation with Rachel

Rachel combines restorative yoga with guided meditation to create a holistic experience of stillness and mental clarity. You'll even get to float in the aerial hammock creating the ultimate sense of calm.

Floating Sound Meditation with Gregory

Gregory combines the soothing power of sound healing with the calming weightlessness of the aerial hammock. You’ll relax as therapeutic vibrations from the crystal bowls wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and balance.
