Virtual Walkthrough

If this is your first time using the space, please watch the walkthrough for the room you’ll be in — either Earth or Air. Each video will show you how to enter, access your room, and what to expect during your time in the studio.

Earth Room
(Suite 7): Enter from the west-side door on 3rd Avenue.

Air Room
(Suite 2): Enter from the east-side door across from the parking garage.

Studio Use Guidelines

We’re excited to welcome you and your guests into our home! To help everything flow smoothly, please review these guidelines before your session and share them with your group.

1 / Arrival & Departure

  • Arrive no earlier than your scheduled start time and exit by your scheduled end time. Please include setup and cleanup within your reserved block, as other sessions may be scheduled before or after yours.

  • If you’d like to get familiar with the space, schedule a walkthrough at least one week before your event. 

  • When arriving while others are using other parts of the studio, please enter quietly and be mindful of noise.

2 / Access Codes & Security

  • You’ll receive a 4-digit code that unlocks the door to your assigned room and disarms the alarm.

    • Earth Room (Suite 7): Enter from the west-side door on 3rd Avenue.

    • Air Room (Suite 2): Enter from the east-side door across from the parking garage.

  • Your code works only for your reserved room during your scheduled timeframe.

  • If the alarm is armed, disarm within 60 seconds of entering by entering your code.

  • Lock all doors when not actively checking your guests in or out.

  • At departure, if you are the last person in the studio, arm the alarm: (SECURITY > ARM > AWAY) and lock the door by pressing the KWIKSET button.

3 / Clear Pathways & Safety

  • If renting Earth, our esthetician’s door is located inside of the room. The path to bathrooms & the front exit must remain unobstructed at all times.

  • Hallways and exits must remain unobstructed.

  • If someone knocks at your door or seems lost, please kindly assist and email us so we can follow up.

4 / Storage & Belongings

  • The storage and laundry room is not available for use. It is reserved for Elevate staff.

  • Please store belongings along the perimeter of your rented room, leaving pathways and doors clear.

  • Cubby storage in each room may be used, but do not move cubbies from their location.

  • Elevate silks, hammocks, and ladders are not available during rentals. These items will be removed.

5 / Shared Areas & Equipment

  • Unless props are rented from Elevate, bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be removed from the room prior to your session.

  • If you have rented props, you’re welcome to use them during your time. All props must be returned and neatly organized exactly as you found them before you leave.

  • Speakers: Each room includes a Bluetooth speaker with instructions you’re welcome to connect to. 

  • Bathrooms: Two bathrooms are available in the hallway. These are shared spaces.

  • Water: A hot/cold water dispenser is available in the hallway.

  • Thermostats: Each room has its own thermostat (labeled). Adjust only your room’s thermostat by using “cool” or “heat” — do not turn off.

6 / Parking

Free parking is available:

  • Gold Spot parking garage (east side of building)

  • Street parking along 3rd Avenue

  • Street parking along east side of building

7 / After Your Rental

Cleanup:

  • Remove all trash to the dumpster (northeast corner of the building).

  • Clean up spills, debris, or messes (supplies available in the bathroom near the water cooler).

  • Return props, speakers, and any borrowed items to their original location.

  • Ensure all guest belongings are taken. Left items will be donated.

Locking Up:

  • Turn off all lights.

  • Lock all doors and re-arm the alarm if you are the last person in the studio.

  • Share Your Experience: We’d love a testimony to help others interested in using the space! 

8 / Insurance Requirements

  • All users must provide proof of liability insurance before the start of their event. Please email a copy to the studio.

FAQ

We know there’s a lot to think about when hosting an event or training in a shared space. To make things easy, here are answers to the most common questions we get from studio users. If something comes up that isn’t covered here, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help.

Q: Can we use the storage room for extra belongings?

​A: No. The storage and laundry room is reserved for staff. Please use the perimeter of your room.

Q: Can we use the silks, hammocks, or ladder during our event?

​A: No. These will be removed prior to your rental.

Q: Do we get advance notice of when the esthetician is working?

​A: No — her schedule varies, so the pathway to her door must remain clear at all times. If you need exclusive use of the space, we can accommodate that by ensuring she doesn’t schedule clients, provided we receive at least 30 days’ notice.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available?

A: Yes. Network: Elevate Yoga // Password: elevatedaf

Q: What happens if the alarm is armed when I arrive?

A: Enter your 4-digit code within 60 seconds at the panel near the bathrooms.

Q: Do I need to include setup / cleanup in my rental time?

A: Yes. Please arrive and depart within your scheduled block.

Q: How do I reach you if there’s an issue during my session?
