The good news? We're thrilled to announce that due to popular demand, we're hosting another session on February 27th at 6pm! Join us for an evening filled with rejuvenating yoga, meditation, and the chance to unwind from the stresses of everyday life.
What to expect…
Breathwork and Intention Setting – We’ll kick off the evening with cultivating mindfulness through breathwork and intention setting.
Gentle Yoga with Foam Roller – Next we’ll work our way through gentle, slow, yin yoga-style shapes and learn how to use a foam roller to release muscle tension. Learn tools and techniques to confidently use a foam roller to release tension, alleviate soreness, and enhance your overall functional movement. Plus, you’ll get a foam roller to take home with you.
Restorative Yoga & Trigger Point Therapy – We’ll end the evening with a soothing restorative yoga session coupled with hands-on trigger point therapy. You’ll be guided through passive, supportive shapes using props and the aerial hammock. Hands-on trigger point therapy will be used to encourage your connective tissue to release tension and rehydrate, while soothing stiff and sore muscles.
This workshop is not just about physical healing; it's a journey to reconnect with your body through movement, understand your range of motion, and liberate areas that have felt "stuck" or "tight." Get ready to say "ahhh!" to a relaxed and rejuvenated you, just in time for the holiday season.
