Benefits of Virtual Reiki Sessions

Thanks to technology, Raychel is able to offer a Reiki session without the client being in the same room or geographic location. Often called the Absentee Reiki technique, distance healing is able to transmit Reiki spiritual energy either “qi’” or “prana” beyond the physical touch.

Because we can't be together right now, Raychel is actually able to harness this power in the privacy of your own space. Virtual Reiki sessions can provide several health benefits such as:

·      Balances mood and emotions

·      Reduces anxiety and depression

·      Improves overall quality of sleep

·      Relieves physical discomfort and pain

·      Enhances your body’s ability to heal itself

·      Similar to meditation helps in keeping you grounded and centered

How it Works

After booking your session via our Wellness Living booking site (or mobile app), you'll join via Zoom about 5 minutes prior to your session. The length of a single sessions is 45 minutes (30 minutes of healing and 15 minutes of discussion, reflection and questions). Cost is by single session or a 3-session package:

  • Single Session $65 (future members) $55 (members)

  • 3 Session Package $175 (future members) $150 (members)

How to Prepare for Your Session

Preparing for a virtual Reiki Session is simple. First, you will want to find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. To enhance your virtual healing session try to create a space for yourself doing the following: 

  • Setting your intention to heal yourself

  • Mediating or saying a prayer before your session

  • Lighting a candle or two

  • Playing some relaxing music with low volume

  • Making a journal of what you would like from the session beforehand and writing down noticeable changes after the session

What to Expect

During a virtual Reiki session, individuals will feel similar physical sensations as they would in receiving the session in person. Some of these sensations might include tingling, warmth, and a sense of inner peace and deep relaxation. You might even feel the mind-calming down or the lessening of physical symptoms. Some people might be alert and aware of everything in the session while others might drift off into a deep state of relaxation.

At the conclusion of your virtual Reiki session, take a few minutes to combine everything you experienced from the session by taking a few deep breaths and sitting up gradually. Listen to your body and relax and move appropriately.
