Reconnect with your badass self and show the summer of 2021 who’s boss!

Walk around your neighborhood, go on a hike, ride a bike, take an online workout class, go to a yoga class, run, hoola hoop, dance or however else YOU like to move!

Together, let's get the energy flowing, move our bodies and get back to that feeling you get when you are in a routine, feeling strong, and generally unstoppable! This 30-day challenge will provide you the support and accountability you need to get back on track and feeling your absolute best — plus, get a chance to win some prizes too!

Why? Because movement, commUNITY, and connection are vital to your physical and mental health. But you already knew that, right?! So let's do this!

 

THE CHALLENGE

Simply MOVE for at least 15 minutes everyday for 30 days!

And yes, any kind of movement counts starting May 1st through May 30th.
