From the Founders...
Seven years! We can’t believe it's been that many years since we first opened Elevate's doors. And in that time we’ve built quite the community - a group of humans who connect through breath, movement and beyond. From the support we see you giving each other every day in class to friendships that have been formed to the book club - this is what yoga beyond the asana looks like. A supportive community that not only embraces the container we've created, but shows up as their own unique selves and contributes to the unity of who we are. Words couldn't describe the gratitude we have for every human that's been a part of this journey! Thank you for being here and being a part of something bigger than we could have ever imagined!
