This class moves at a slower pace and will help you build a good foundation in basic hatha yoga poses and yoga terminology. We will link the movement to the breath and incorporate alignment guidance to ensure safe movement through each sequence. The flow will include a gentle warm up, sun salutations, balancing poses, basic seated poses, and end with a relaxing savasana. Modifications will be provided throughout the flow for all levels.
