Experience a slow paced series of passive postures to release emotion and enhance circulation. In addition to creating long and lean muscles, we'll apply moderate stress to the connective tissues–the tendons, fascia, and ligaments–with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints, improving flexibility and increasing range of motion. We will end with exploring meditation techniques to soothe the mind and create inner peace.
