In Aerial Yoga Elevated classes and workshops, we’ll move through creative flow sequences, both in and out of the silks, transition to balance and strength poses, and explore some aerial ‘tricks’. We will move deeper into increasingly challenging poses, backbends, splits and aerial strength poses which will require flexibility, strength and body awareness. Some of these movements will allow you to invert, others will have you swinging from side to side, or allow you to stand suspended in air. NOTE:New student code is not eligible for this class.

  • Levels – This class is suggested for students that have participated in our Aerial Yoga All Levels class and feel comfortable inverting and transitioning on their own.
  • Duration – Varies (check schedule)
  • Class Flow – Moderate to Advanced
  • Teacher Assistance – Students should be able to invert comfortably & require no aid in successfully completing transitions, as minimal assists are given in this class
  • Prerequisite – Aerial Yoga All Levels Class
